You can find a manufacturer in minutes. A quick search will give you hundreds of them. But finding one that’s right for your product, that will prioritise your order, that will tell you the truth when there’s a problem, is a very different matter.
That’s what we mean by relationships, and it’s what over two decades of working with vendors and manufacturers has given us.
Honest advice about capability. A factory that has worked with us for years knows we will check its claims, and it knows we’ll be back. That tends to produce straighter answers about what it can and can’t do.
